Family Gem
Over the past 6-8 months, we've had the pleasure of working on a home renovation in Historic Hammond, Louisiana. This home has stayed in the same family since the early 1900's and was vacant for the last ten...until now. Our clients wanted this home to reflect their fun and young sophisticated style while still staying true to the homes architectural craftsman style. We were so happy when we found out our clients loved color, pattern and mixed metals. We used a lot of existing vintage furniture which had been handed down from past family members. To jazz up the dated furniture, we ended up just reupholstering in designer bold fabrics. The mix of old and new reflected in the lighting and wall coverings really bring the furniture back to life.
